With concert season just beginning, skilled musician Cloe Wilder's opening performance for headliner Spencer Sutherland in Nashville on the breezy evening of March 14th was the perfect way to start things off. Wilder's onstage presence, curated aesthetics, and highly trained voice make her the perfect candidate for a cult following, exactly the kind of audience she and Sutherland attract. Fans were lined up around the block an hour before doors, decorated in Cloe Wilder and Spencer Sutherland merchandise.

One concertgoer, Addy, who permitted me to share, considers herself Cloe and Sutherland's most devoted fan, having followed Spencer Sutherland and Cloe Wilder as a fan. She’s attended 28 of Spencer’s shows and knows every word of Cloe’s songs. As fresh, unique, and stunning as Cloe was, the crowd was equally so. The crowd at this show was one of the most memorable I’ve ever been a part of, with every person in the sea of fans belting out each word to every song. It was a truly unique experience.
Cloe's performance was nothing short of exceptional. Her recognizable artistry, endless energy, and unfathomable level of talent were evident from the beginning to the end of her set. During her show, she teased new songs from her unreleased EP Life's a Bitch, which will be out on streaming platforms this upcoming March 21st. Her delivery of "Heavyweight Champion" and "Cigarette" from her upcoming EP were the most memorable of the night, alongside her performance of "Five Years," which fans were previously familiar with.

Moments with guitarist Eric Scullin
Seemingly as followed by fans were Cloe's guitarist Eric Scullin and drummer Steve Patrick. Fans have come to see the Scullin and Patrick as iconic characters like the ‘tour dad’ and the ‘heartthrob,’ roles that only add to the cult-like following they’ve cultivated.

Cloe Wilder's aesthetic details
All in all, Cloe Wilder’s Nashville performance stunned and left fans extremely satisfied. With each song she sings, Cloe continues to solidify her place in the hearts of fans and the future of live music.
