Best known as the lead singer of Sleeping With Sirens and for his recent solo features on established and up-and-coming artists’ tracks, Kellin Quinn has teamed up with Aaron Marsh of the rock band Copeland to create a new project called Haunted Mouths.

On January 14th, Quinn posted a photo and audio track to his social media accounts revealing Haunted Mouths and that there would be an album, as well as a single that was released two days later. The song, titled “Further Til We Disappear,” is somewhat of a departure from Quinn’s high-energy, scream-filled tracks, but still just as morose. “Further Til We Disappear” is a quieter song spanning almost 5 minutes with a mystic tone and imaginative lyrics. Some of these lyrics include, “Skin so sweet like lemon trees,” and “Coffee beans and pumpkin tart // Autumn leaves stroll through the park.” According to Quinn, his wife Katelynne was the inspiration for the song, saying, “That song [Further Til We Disappear] mentions many of her favorite things and different things we share.”

The same day that the song debuted, it was announced that the album, named A Collection of Greetings, would have a release date of February 14th. Quinn and Marsh co-wrote the album together in just two weeks, with Marsh also credited as the producer and playing the bass, guitar, and keys, while A.J. Hall played the drums. Marsh produced the album at OMNIPOP music studio in Florida, and it was mixed by Danny Reisch and mastered by Sam Moses. Quinn calls the album “unexpected but familiar” and “the whole record is a love letter to [his wife].” The album cover art, made by Nathaniel Russell, features the green stem of a flower being held in front of a splattered blue background. The illustration is delicate and simplistic, much like the sound of “Further Til We Disappear.”

In addition to this album, Quinn and the rest of Sleeping With Sirens are joining the U.S. and Canada leg of the "I Can't Hear You World Tour" with long-time collaborators Pierce The Veil from May 13th to July 1st. Supporting acts also include Daisy Grenade and Beach Weather.
