On October 24th, we had the delight of welcoming Mannequin Pussy to the Revolution Live stage in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for their "I Got Heaven" Tour. With support from Margaritas Podridas, fans eagerly entered the venue for an unforgettable night of rock music mayhem.
The night started with fans screaming in excitement as Margaritas Podridas hit the stage. The Mexico-based quartet dazzled the crowd with their calm demeanor and hard-hitting sound. Consisting of members such as Carolina Enriquez (lead vocalist/bass guitar), Esli Meuly (guitar), and Rafael Armenta (drums/guitar), Margaritas Podridas had everyone in the room jumping up and down to their greatest hits. It was amazing to witness their diverse range of music and emotions, and I hope I'll get to see them perform live again soon.

Finally, Indie Rock/Punk band Mannequin Pussy hit the stage with quite an entrance. Instead of making their entrance with their own song, the band decided to stroll in with NLE Choppa's hit song "Slut Me Out". I thought this was a genius choice, as it got fans super amped up and really set the tone for what was to come. With rockstar members including Marisa "Missy" Dabice (lead vocalist/guitar), Maxine Steen (guitar/synths), Colins "Bear" Regisford (bass/vocals), Kaleen Reading (drums/percussion), and Carolyn Haynes (multi-instrumentalist), the band rocked the stage with fan favorite songs such as "I Got Heaven" and "Loud Bark". The showmanship presented by lead vocalist Marisa Dabice was incredibly powerful. She was able to connect with the audience in a way I haven't seen done in a long time. Every band member played an incredible part in ensuring a memorable night for all fans in attendance.
