MSM Fest 2024: Mosh for Miracles
The Living the Dream Foundation was founded in 2007. Working within the music industry, the foundation helps to give a "dream day" to individuals with disabilities by allowing them opportunities to meet their favorite artists. LTD was the perfect cause for Music Scene Media to partner with for our first-ever MSM Fest! Thanks to my dear friend Logan Abdo, who received his very own Dream Day a couple years ago, we dubbed the event Mosh for Miracles.
Headlining the event was Oh! You Pretty Things out of Charlotte, NC. The rest of the stacked lineup included Impulse Machine, LO, FAFO (Fuck Around and Find Out), and Manic Third Planet. These are some of the very best artists to come out of the Carolinas, so the stage was set to fundraise for this great cause.
MANIC THIRD PLANET
First up was Manic Third Planet out of Chapel Hill, NC. The punk trio includes Landon Johnson, Adam Green, and Rob Richmond.

Next up was FAFO (Fuck Around and Find Out), who were playing their debut show. This hardcore band from Winston-Salem, NC includes Travis Dark, Trey Pavlik, TJ Gaillard, and Alberto Velazquez.

IMPULSE MACHINE
Impulse Machine is not just a band, it's an experience. Made up of Conner Tomlinson, Zac Tomlinson, Matt Stretz, Jordan Servie, and Ethan Bowen, the industrial/experimental metal band is based out of the Siler City, NC area.

Lo is based out of Roxboro, NC, and is the project of Logan Abdo. He seamlessly blends elements of trap, metal, dubstep, pop, and more into his songs, creating a sound that is all his own.

Oh! You Pretty Things is a Charlotte, NC-based rock band that specializes in what they call "chameleon core." The band is made up of Callie Wolfe, Joseph Conde, Paul Swanson, Travis Wonderly, and Aric Gautier.
