The nu metal and alternative festival returns for its second year, bringing back previous headliners System of a Down and adding Slipknot to a second headlining slot.
Sick New World Festival saw its debut this past May at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, with a collection of artists celebrating the 90s and early 2000s in nu metal, alternative, and electronic. This year's lineup is no joke, with a mix of the classic as well as modern metal and industrial.
Fans of all genres can find plenty of groups they want to catch during the single-day festival. Want to catch some of the classics from your past? Check out A Perfect Circle, Alice in Chains, Lamb of God, or Primus. Want some acts you can catch on the modern metal playlists? You can see Bad Omens, Spiritbox, or Jinjer.
If you're in the mood for something truly unique you can even see legendary composer Danny Elfman performing alongside a live band and choir. And do we even need to mention System of a Down and Slipknot again? Yes, we do. It's the year 2024 and you have the chance to see System of a Down live. If you haven't seen them before, then jumping on this is a no-brainer.
The list of artists goes on and on, and if you look closely at the lineup you might even catch some of your favorites listed in the massive amount of acts on the poster.
The festival will be held on April 27th, 2024 at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds in Las Vegas, NV. You can get on the list for presale tickets on 10/13 here.
