On Friday the 13th at Lovedraft’s Brewing Company in the heart of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Headways, local to the area, took the stage to open the night for Taylor Acorn. The room was filled with fans of all ages, which didn’t stop Headways from performing songs with deeper lyrics as they took the stage playing “The Cut Up”. This may have been the first time many in the audience witnessed Headways' music live for the first time, but that didn't stop the group from wowing and owning the stage they stood on. Drawing to a close, Headways finished out their set with “Ghost”, leaving the crowd engaged more than ever.

As the switchover began for Taylor Acorn to take the stage, many fans were exchanging posters and bracelets with each other. As the lights dimmed, and the pre-show music came to a halt, Taylor Acorn emerged on stage ready to give it all she had. Opening with “Final Nail”, the crowd sang along to every word. This show was what she would call more of a hometown show, as Taylor Acorn herself is from Wellsboro, Pennsylvania.

Later into her set, singing her song “High Horse”, you could see nearly every fan in the room was holding up a sign that stated, “We Are So Proud Of You”. Truly a moment the audience in the room will never forget. Especially a happy warm feeling, as you could see many young fans in the front row reaching out, trying to grab Taylor's hand. Keeping the memories rolling, many young girls were later crowd surfing during the show, having the time of their lives. The venue’s staff ensured each person was safe while doing so, and you could see many fans went up several times with smiles on their faces trying to crowd surf as much as they possibly could.

Midway through Taylor's set, she performed one of her more well-known songs “Coma”, a track which she sings along with Cassadee Pope on her album. She mentioned that this song is one of her favorite songs to sing with her friend. If one thing is for sure, Taylor knows how to work and manoeuvre the stage and keep the crowd engaged during her entire set, as there was never a dull moment. After, she changed things up and began singing some songs on acoustic guitar. Pausing, she invited two fans up onstage who to everyone’s surprise, witnessed them getting engaged. The entire room cheered, and the two fans exchanged hugs, then walked off stage returning to their spot in the venue.

Drawing her set to a close, Taylor went into her last three songs for the evening. Performing a more popular song, “Greener” the energy in the room changed, as the entire crowd screamed and chanted every word back to her. Closing her set with “Psycho”, you could see fans were left wanting more from Taylor Acorn. High energy, intimate moments, and memorable fun, every fan who attended Taylor Acorn's show was left with memories they can cherish for a lifetime.
