Sick Puppies (Bryan Scott on guitar/lead vocals, Emma Anzai on bass/vocals, and Mark Goodwin on drums/vocals) were a force to be reckoned with in the early 2000's. With tracks like "You're Going Down" and "Riptide", from their Gold-Certified album Tri-Polar, they made a name for themselves in rock music.
They have played alongside bands like Breaking Benjamin, Tool, The Killers, Muse, Incubus, and more. I could not be happier to share with you that Sick Puppies have announced their forthcoming album for early 2025, Wave the Bull, and are releasing new music. "WAVE THE BULL is a concept album that thematically, lyrically, musically, and sonically double down on the narrative that it's not about what life throws at you, it's about how you face it. To wave the bull is to provoke, embrace, and surrender to the battles that will inevitably scar us." Ahead of the release, they have released the singles, "There Goes the Neighborhood" and "Going Places":
I had the immense pleasure of chatting with Bryan about their background, all about Wave the Bull, who they're excited to see at Sonic Temple next year, and more!
