Happy Spooky Season, and welcome to the Halloween edition of Top Ten with MSM! We went with the most fitting band we could find for this one— the one and only Vampires Everywhere! Regarding his favorite holiday, lead vocalist Michael Vampire had this to say:
There is no better feeling than waking up in October and knowing Halloween is around the corner! It's the only time of year people don't approach me and ask if I'm dressing up early for Halloween. I never take offense to these approaches but it can be taxing at times haha! I, like the rest of the world, head over to Starbucks for my pumpkin spice latte and bask in all the small things that make spooky season special. I love that commercial media turns into 80's / 90's horror marathons and on every corner a Spirit Halloween nestles itself amongst Whole Foods and the dry cleaner. I remember my grandmother made me a spandex batman outfit at 13 years of age. It didn't occur to me that shaving cream and eggs replaced my beloved admiration for all that was quirky. I learned that lesson quickly after I sprinted around the block for candy; then immediately removed the costume before my friends saw me lol. I have never really grown up tho and I feel I will be a Lost Boy forever. Halloween will always have a special place in my heart. I have a fascination with all that is horror, occult, & of course vampire lure. I was a practicing vampire for a few years but decided to stick to energy rather than blood. I found blood to be too intoxicating and dangerous. But who knows I might return to it in the near future. Halloween has a special energy and I'm beyond excited to feed on all of it this year!
So, naturally, we decided to chat with Vampires Everywhere about Michael's top ten favorite horror movies! Without further ado:

I’m a big fan of horror movies that have a touch of realism to them. I’m a big fan of the occult & of course vampires. The idea of living forever became super relevant to me after my near fatal car accident many years ago. I just saw the new remake of Stephen King’s “Salem’s Lot” and, in my personal opinion, one of the best adaptations I’ve seen in a long time!
